Overview
Welcome to online banking. For specific help, click on the question mark icon next to each section where you would like to get help. This is the main page, and contains help specific to this page, as well as a general overview of how the site works.
How to Navigate
Avoid using the 'Back' button in internet banking. Instead, please use the appropriate prompts (e.g. 'Home', 'Cancel') to navigate. The navigation tabs and buttons always appear on the screen. They allow you to navigate to the different sections of internet banking.
Navigation Tabs
- Accounts: This section shows you information about your accounts and your transaction history. In this section you also have the ability to create a stop payment.
- Transfer & Payment: Transfer funds between your accounts and make payments on your loans.
- Profile/Settings: This section allows you to change your contact and security information, send and receive messages to Customer Service, and create alerts to notify you of banking events, such as a change to an account balance.
Links
- Home: Clicking on the Compeer Logo will take you back to the main 'Account Summary' page.
- Log Out: Clicking on 'Log Out' will cause your session to end.
- Help: Clicking on 'Help' will access helpful information and instructions related to the page your own.
- Print: Clicking on 'Print' will open up a new window with a printer-ready version of the page.
Automatic Sign Out
For your security, online banking will automatically end your session if there has been no activity. You will receive a time-out warning pop-up message before the session is automatically ended. You have the opportunity to click "Ok" upon receiving the message to proceed with your online banking activity. Clicking "Ok" refreshes the system for another cycle. The online banking is designed this way to provide you with maximum security in case you forget to sign out.
Accounts Summary
This section provides you with a summary of all your loan & investment accounts at (CERT) Compeer Financial. Click on an individual account description to view detailed account activities including transactions, payments and transfers. Clicking on a column header will sort the accounts according to that header. For example, clicking on account balance will sort in order of account balance from the lowest dollar amount to the highest.
Account Activity
Account Activity shows the last 30 days of transactions for this account by default. It allows you to search account transactions by date range (including: all dates, last 30 days, last 60 days, last 90 days, last 120 days or a custom date range), type of transaction, description (payee name, or enter 'deposit' to search for deposits), draft number (for operating loans, Farm Cash Management and lines of credit), and amount. If the transaction you would like to see is not on this list, select an alternate date range and click "Search" to view more history. Clicking on a column header will sort the accounts according to that header. For example, clicking on account balance will sort in order of account balance from the lowest dollar amount to the highest.
Asking the Contact Center about a particular transaction
If you have a question about a particular transaction, simply send a message to a Contact Center representative. This is done by clicking on your name and then selecting messages. You can inquire about transactions or ask questions in a safe and secure manner.
View Draft
By clicking the "View Draft" link in a transaction description, where available, an image will open and the draft image associated with this transaction will appear.
